3 cans drained white northern beans (more for thicker chili) 2 quarts half and half 2 diced onions 4 diced yellow peppers(or green peppers) 2 tsp. cayenne pepper 2 tsp. white pepper 2 tsp. chili powder 2 tsp. cumin powder 2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. oregano
Cut up cooked chicken into cubes (or cooked ground chicken) at least 2 lbs. , more if you desire. Add all ingredients. Simmer 30 minutes on low. Vegetables may be sauted first if desired |
